About the Role

Since our launch in 2020, we have grown from a single location into a thriving chain with 11 branches across different regions. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help drive our continued expansion while maintaining our hallmark standards of warmth, quality, and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service delivery across assigned locations
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards
- Manage inventory, food costs, and budgeting to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Maintain quality control across menu offerings and customer service
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty
- Implement restaurant policies and procedures consistently
- Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
