Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and present menus with a detailed overview of daily specials and menu items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently through the POS system.
- Deliver dishes and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized dining area, tables, and service stations at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications in hospitality management, catering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a waiter or server in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
