About the Role
Bema Integrated Services is a dynamic, faith-driven organization and Christian Music Ministry dedicated to spreading the message of Christ through music and technology. We are currently seeking a proactive and results-oriented Manager to oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring that employees, contractors, and functional teams consistently deliver against agreed priorities, goals, and deadlines. A major purpose of this role is to reduce the company's dependence on the owner for routine management, allowing leadership to focus on strategic and creative vision.
Key Responsibilities- Drive team accountability by ensuring every member understands responsibilities, priorities, and strict deadlines.
- Reduce founder dependency by resolving routine operational and staff issues independently.
- Establish measurable KPIs, track performance, and investigate gaps using data-driven insights.
- Manage technical, development, QA, and sales execution by setting clear milestones and challenging vague updates.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, build repeatable systems, and support cross-functional coordination.
- Deliver concise, structured executive reports using a rigorous problem-to-recommendion framework.
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in team management, operations, KPI design, technical project management, or sales oversight.
- Exceptional people leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced growing company where systems are actively evolving.
- Demonstrated ability to hold people accountable fairly and drive projects through to completion.
