About the Role
Lexworld Hotels is a modern premium hospitality destination located in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. Strategically positioned close to the western entry points of Aba, we are a highly accessible choice for travelers and business executives looking to connect with the industrial zones of Osisioma. We are currently seeking a dynamic and professional Waiter to join our dedicated hospitality team and deliver memorable dining experiences to our esteemed guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and providing detailed recommendations on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and etiquette.
- Check in on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals and handle any requests or complaints with professionalism.
- Process bills, handle cash and electronic payments accurately using the hotel management software.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Minimum educational qualification of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Waiter or in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Must be computer literate with basic proficiency in hotel software and point-of-sale systems.
- Applicants must be 24 years of age and above.
