Designed as a cultural and creative destination, our space combines industrial aesthetics, modern comfort, and artist-driven energy to create a visually memorable and socially engaging experience for every guest. We are currently seeking a dynamic and polished Waiter to join our front-of-house team and provide world-class service that aligns with our unique brand identity.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, offering prompt and professional menu assistance.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requests or preferences are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve pastries, teas, lounge offerings, and other menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Clear tables, manage billing processes, and ensure the dining and lounge areas remain clean, organized, and inviting throughout the shift.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and floor teams to guarantee a smooth and memorable guest experience.
- Address and resolve any guest inquiries or concerns promptly with a polite and customer-first attitude.
- Aged between 21 and 35 years old.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or an equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous hospitality or waiting experience in a modern lounge, restaurant, or lifestyle space is an added advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccably neat, well-groomed, and presentable appearance reflecting a premium brand standard.
- Highly responsible, punctual, and a strong team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in Abuja or have reliable daily commute options to the location.
