We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Waiter to join our dynamic hospitality team and help us consistently exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming and interacting with all guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them effectively to the kitchen staff.
- Staying attentive to the ongoing needs of guests in the dining area throughout their meal experience.
- Making expert menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing detailed information about dishes and beverages.
- Ensuring that all food orders are prepared correctly by the kitchen and presented attractively before serving.
- Delivering meals and drinks promptly and safely from the kitchen to the dining tables.
- Performing essential shift duties such as rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping surfaces, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of an SSCE qualification.
- At least one year of relevant professional experience working as a waiter in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.
- Must be well-mannered with excellent interpersonal skills and fluent, well-spoken English.
- Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier customer service and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
