Whispers Art Haus, a premium hospitality and lifestyle destination in Maitama, Abuja, is expanding and seeking a passionate, professional, and service-driven Waiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable, and delightful dining experience that reflects our high standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, presenting menus and offering detailed recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders promptly and maintain vigilance over assigned tables to anticipate guest needs, clear used plates, and ensure continuous satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and gracefully in collaboration with management.
- Maintain cleanliness, proper organization, and aesthetic standards in the dining area throughout the shift.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen, bar, and floor team members to ensure a fast-paced and efficient service flow.
- Proven work experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar hospitality role within a premium restaurant or hotel is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a natural flair for customer service.
- Ability to thrive, stay calm, and deliver quality service in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
