About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Shift Manager to join our fast-paced team in the prime locations of Ikoyi and Marina, Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining operational excellence, delivering superior customer experiences, and leading floor staff to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily shift operations in a hotel, restaurant, or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate shift personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and resolve any operational challenges or guest complaints promptly.
- Prepare accurate shift reports, inventory logs, and performance summaries for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operational areas.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and delegate daily tasks effectively to optimize workflow during peak hours.
- Possess an HND or B.Sc in Hospitality Management or any relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven supervisory or shift management experience within the hospitality or QSR industry.
- Must not be more than 30 years of age.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong report-writing abilities.
- Must be presentable, highly professional, and possess strong leadership capabilities.
- Reside in or be able to conveniently commute to Ikoyi or Marina, Lagos.
