Key Responsibilities- Inspect, diagnose, and repair punctures, cuts, and structural damage on various types of tyres.
- Perform routine tyre maintenance including wheel balancing, alignment checks, and pressure adjustments.
- Handle tyre mounting and dismounting safely using standard mechanical tools and specialized equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workshop environment adhering to company health and safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of tyre maintenance, replacements, and workshop inventory.
- Proven practical experience as a professional Vulcanizer or Tyre Technician.
- Hands-on experience handling tyres used on heavy-duty vehicles, trucks, and industrial equipment will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy machinery and high-pressure inflation systems.
- Ability to perform manual labor and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
