About the Role

Enriched to Reach Out Foundation (ETRO Foundation), a leading non-profit dedicated to empowering underserved communities in Abuja and Port Harcourt, is seeking a dedicated Volunteer IT & Digital Support professional to help drive our mission forward under our motto, "Equipped by Grace, Reaching with Love."
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for foundation hardware, software, and network systems.
- Assist in managing and updating the organization's digital platforms, including websites and social media channels.
- Help maintain secure digital databases and manage electronic records for various community projects.
- Train staff and fellow volunteers on basic digital tools and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with the communications and programs teams to ensure seamless digital operations during community outreach events.
- Open to students, recent graduates, tech enthusiasts, and professionals based in Nigeria, particularly Abuja or Port Harcourt.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, and digital communication tools.
- Strong commitment to community development and the mission of ETRO Foundation.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and dedicate consistent volunteer hours.
