About the Role
TRANOS, a leading diversified engineering and technology company in Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Supervisor. In this role, you will align IT operations with our strategic business objectives, oversee the implementation of secure and efficient technology solutions, and ensure strict compliance with cybersecurity policies across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the development and implementation of IT strategy and policies in line with company objectives.
- Supervise and lead the IT support team, providing mentorship, training, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee the maintenance and monitoring of all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
- Implement and enforce robust IT security policies, data backup procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships for optimal resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong expertise in network administration, server management, and IT infrastructure.
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
