About the Role
Enriched to Reach Out Foundation (ETRO Foundation) is a dynamic non-profit organization dedicated to serving, empowering, and creating sustainable opportunities for people living in underserved communities across Nigeria. Operating primarily out of Abuja and Port Harcourt, we drive our mission under the core motto: Equipped by Grace, Reaching with Love. We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Volunteer for Administration and Data Management to help streamline our operations, manage critical organizational data, and support our growing outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the administrative team with daily office operations, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Maintain, update, and secure digital and physical databases containing beneficiary and stakeholder information.
- Input program metrics and generate accurate reports to support monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Organize and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, taking comprehensive minutes and tracking action items.
- Collaborate with other foundation departments to ensure smooth logistical execution of community projects.
- Open to current students, recent graduates, professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs based in Nigeria.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic database management software.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy in handling data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A deep commitment to social impact, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
