Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, coordinate daily tasks, and foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
- Maintain high standards of salon cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation at all times.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve feedback promptly, and uphold Veau Haven's reputation for superior customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels of high-end human hair wigs and salon products, coordinating restocking as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in salon management, retail management, or the luxury beauty sector.
