About the Role
Ruff n Tumble, Nigeria's leading children and teens clothing brand, is looking for a dynamic and creative Visual Merchandising Lead to join our growing retail team in Lagos. As the pioneer of premium fashion for newborns to sixteen-year-olds, we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional shopping experience across our nationwide store network. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for translating our brand identity into captivating visual displays that maximize product appeal, enhance the in-store customer experience, and ultimately drive sales growth across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute innovative visual merchandising strategies and window displays that align with Ruff n Tumble brand guidelines.
- Analyze store layouts and floor plans to optimize product placement, traffic flow, and stock visibility.
- Collaborate closely with retail sales, marketing, and inventory teams to execute seasonal merchandising campaigns.
- Train, mentor, and guide in-store retail teams on visual standards, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all retail outlets while tailoring displays to local store requirements.
- Monitor customer behavior and sales data to adjust visual presentations and improve overall customer engagement.
- Manage multiple store merchandising projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines and budgets.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail sales, and fashion retail management.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, spatial design, and commercial aesthetics.
- Exceptional customer service and customer experience orientation to foster brand loyalty.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills to train and direct in-store teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or a related field is an added advantage.
