Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on up-to-date visa requirements, application procedures, documentation, fees, and processing timelines.
- Assess, review, and organize client documents to ensure strict compliance with embassy and consulate standards.
- Complete and submit accurate visa application forms while scheduling biometrics and interviews.
- Monitor application progress, liaise with relevant visa authorities, and provide clients with regular status updates.
- Identify inconsistencies or missing information and guide clients on prompt corrections.
- Maintain secure, confidential records of all client applications, payments, and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal Ticketing and Holiday teams to ensure fully coordinated travel arrangements.
- B.Sc, HND, or OND in Travel and Tourism, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in visa processing or working within a recognized travel agency.
- Strong working knowledge of global visa application procedures and documentation requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, research, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in computer operations and internet research.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle confidential information professionally.
