Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging virtual arts instruction in alignment with the Nigerian National Policy on Education and AJC academic standards.
- Cover the school scheme of work efficiently while connecting classroom learning to practical, everyday life applications of virtual arts.
- Maintain a supportive virtual learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and active student participation.
- Act as an exemplary role model, upholding the core values and moral standards of Arrupe Jesuit College.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and school administration to enhance the overall academic and extracurricular experience.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Fine and Applied Arts or a relevant equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience in a similar role within a structured educational setting.
- Possession of a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is strictly required.
- Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in Fine Arts or Painting will be a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional command of the English language with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of adolescent psychology and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and relevant virtual learning software.
