Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality chemistry lessons in accordance with established educational standards.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to measure student progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Evaluate and document student performance, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Integrate technology effectively into lessons using digital tools and internet resources to enhance learning.
- Mentor and nurture students, supporting their holistic development both inside and outside the classroom.
- Possession of a very good University degree in Chemistry or a related discipline; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated mastery of subject content with a strong ability to explain complex chemical concepts clearly.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside a good understanding of internet research.
- Recognized certifications or proven experience working with the British Curriculum are strong added advantages.
