Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality chemistry lessons in accordance with established educational standards.
  • Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to measure student progress.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
  • Evaluate and document student performance, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Integrate technology effectively into lessons using digital tools and internet resources to enhance learning.
  • Mentor and nurture students, supporting their holistic development both inside and outside the classroom.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a very good University degree in Chemistry or a related discipline; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated mastery of subject content with a strong ability to explain complex chemical concepts clearly.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, alongside a good understanding of internet research.
  • Recognized certifications or proven experience working with the British Curriculum are strong added advantages.
  • A natural aptitude for tutoring and nurturing students with patience and enthusiasm.
