In this role, you will inspire students, foster a deep understanding of biological sciences, and create a nurturing learning environment that encourages academic excellence and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality Biology lessons to students in accordance with established educational standards.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to measure student progress.
- Act as a tutor and nurturer extraordinaire, providing individualized academic and moral support to students.
- Utilize digital tools and technology to enhance classroom instruction and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Possession of a very good university degree in Biology or a related field (a Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
- Deep and comprehensive grasp of Biology subject content and modern pedagogical approaches.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong digital competency and effective use of the internet for educational research and teaching.
- Prior certifications or demonstrable experience in the British Curriculum will be an added advantage.
