We are currently seeking a polished and professional VIP Bar Waiter to join our dynamic team and provide world-class service to our esteemed clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, personalized, and discreet beverage service to VIP guests and high-profile clients in an upscale lounge environment.
- Maintain intimate knowledge of the beverage menu, including premium wines, spirits, signature cocktails, and bottle service protocols.
- Take accurate orders and serve drinks promptly, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and hygiene are maintained at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs, address inquiries professionally, and handle any special requests or complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with bartenders, mixologists, and other floor staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Manage billing, process payments accurately, and maintain inventory of station supplies and glassware.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Bar Waiter, Waitress, or Hospitality Host in a luxury hotel, high-end lounge, or VIP club setting.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications and professional certifications in hospitality management or food and beverage service.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a polished personal presentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
