We are currently seeking dedicated and polished Banquet Captains and Room Service Supervisors to join our elite Food and Beverage team. In these pivotal roles, you will uphold our uncompromising standards of excellence, ensuring every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience characterized by sophistication, attentiveness, and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of banquet events, private functions, and in-room dining services to ensure seamless execution.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front-of-house staff on luxury service standards, upselling techniques, and etiquette.
- Coordinate closely with the culinary, kitchen, and event planning teams to guarantee timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain rigorous inventory controls, manage equipment upkeep, and enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols.
- Greet VIP guests, handle special requests, and proactively resolve any guest complaints with utmost professionalism and grace.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Banquet Captain, Room Service Supervisor, or similar F&B leadership role within a 4-star or 5-star luxury hotel environment.
- Possess a relevant National Diploma, Degree, or equivalent professional certification in Hospitality Management or related fields.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a keen eye for operational detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in English, with additional language proficiencies being an advantage.
