We are currently seeking a refined and experienced In-Room Dining Manager to curate exceptional, personalized dining experiences for our esteemed guests. In this prestigious role, you will lead our dedicated room service team, ensuring the highest standards of luxury hospitality, seamless operations, and impeccable attention to detail that align with our five-star brand identity.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage all in-room dining operations, service delivery, and tray management to guarantee luxury standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate room service staff to deliver anticipatory, professional, and courteous guest service.
- Collaborate closely with the executive culinary team to ensure menu accuracy, presentation excellence, and dietary compliance.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate the maintenance of equipment and service areas.
- Resolve guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and with utmost professionalism.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations within the department.
- Monitor financial performance, control operational costs, and contribute to revenue-generating upselling strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel operations, specifically within upscale food and beverage or room service management.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of team management and service excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and luxury hospitality service etiquette.
