We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer and Video Content Creator to develop, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content that strengthens our brand and drives business growth across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Create trend-based and culturally relevant video content that drives engagement, reach, and brand visibility across social media and digital channels.
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality promotional videos, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer-experience highlights.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop performance-driven video advertisements designed to support customer acquisition.
- Cover in-store activities, exclusive events, brand activations, and nightly experiences independently from concept to final delivery.
- Edit videos using strong hooks, compelling storytelling, pacing, modern transitions, sound design, and captions tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Review video performance metrics and audience insights to continuously optimize future content strategies.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in videography, production, and video editing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating previous video production, editing work, and exceptional visual storytelling capabilities.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, and basic knowledge of motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects.
- Solid understanding of camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, audio recording, and colour grading.
- Strong grasp of social media trends, short-form video best practices, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
