About the Role
Tulips and Lilies Confectionery (The TLC Bakery) is a leading bakery in Ibadan famous for delivering exquisite confectionery, ranging from bespoke cakes to delightful treats. We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Lead Content Creator to drive our brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition across digital platforms. In this role, you will oversee the entire content creation lifecycle from conceptualization to execution, ensuring all materials vividly showcase our delicious creations and resonate with our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with company marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Lead the planning, shooting, editing, and production of high-end video and visual content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Manage, mentor, and guide the content creation team, ensuring high productivity and adherence to brand standards.
- Research current social media trends, emerging formats, and viral sounds to keep the brand competitive and culturally relevant.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support product launches, campaigns, and special events.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine future strategies and boost customer acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, and video production, preferably with team leadership exposure.
- Exceptional video shooting, editing, and visual storytelling capabilities.
- Proficiency in modern content creation software such as CapCut, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of digital algorithms, trends, and audience engagement tactics on Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
