About the Role
LAJ Aquaculture & Farmacology is seeking a creative and commercially minded Videographer & Digital Content Production Officer to document our dynamic operations and drive digital growth. In this exciting role, you will combine field videography with digital marketing to promote sustainable aquaculture and agricultural innovations across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and film daily farm activities, including fish breeding, harvesting, feeding, and facility operations.
- Produce engaging educational videos and professional product showcases for African catfish farming.
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Collaborate on content calendars, manage social media publishing, and support digital sales generation.
- Travel between Kaduna and Lafia as required to maintain consistent brand representation.
- OND, HND, Bachelor's degree, or demonstrable practical experience in Media Production, Mass Communication, or related fields.
- Proficiency in capturing high-quality video using smartphones and digital cameras.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
- Willingness to reside on-site at the Kaduna farm and travel occasionally.
- Free on-site staff accommodation with rent, electricity, water, and local levies fully covered by the farm.
