About the Role
Bedmate Furniture, a premier furniture manufacturer and retailer in Nigeria since 2002, is seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic marketing team. Known for our exceptional home and office furniture across showrooms in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, we are looking for a visual storyteller who can elevate our brand presence and showcase our exquisite product collections through high-impact video content.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media advertising, corporate communications, and special events.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting setups, microphones, and other field production equipment across showrooms, factories, and outdoor locations.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Create trend-focused short-form content with strong first-three-second hooks optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and shot lists from marketing scripts in collaboration with the design and social media teams.
- Capture dynamic product demonstrations, customer testimonials, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Enhance videos with appropriate music, motion graphics, captions, transitions, and voice-overs.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media Studies, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of cognate professional experience as a Videographer, Video Producer, or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in video editing software and AI tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of modern cameras, lighting equipment, and sound recording techniques.
- Strong creative storytelling abilities with a deep understanding of current social media video formats, pacing, and digital trends.
