About the Role
JV Management Consulting is a leading indigenous Human Resource Management consulting firm dedicated to supporting organizational growth and sustainability strategies. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Head of Production to lead our creative production department, drive operational excellence, and build scalable production systems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all stages of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production and final delivery.
- Direct production teams to ensure exceptional creative and technical output aligned with brand standards.
- Supervise video editing, cinematography, lighting, sound design, and overall production quality.
- Develop and implement robust production workflows, standard operating procedures, and quality control processes.
- Train, mentor, and develop interns and junior creatives into competent production professionals.
- Utilize AI-powered production tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and turnaround time.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative departments to deliver projects on schedule.
- Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in video production, content creation, or a related creative leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCut Pro.
- Strong understanding and practical application of modern AI-powered production tools.
- Excellent cinematography, camera operation, lighting, composition, and storytelling skills.
- Strong knowledge of the complete production lifecycle and project management methodologies.
