About the Role
Sunbeth Global Concepts (SGC) is a reputable trading firm specializing in the export of premium quality raw cocoa beans and cashew from Nigeria. We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Video Editor & Creative Producer to join our dynamic design and creative team. In this role, you will transform raw footage and creative briefs into polished, compelling video assets that elevate our brand presence across multiple industries. Key Responsibilities- Edit corporate films, documentaries, interviews, campaigns, and social media content to the highest professional standards.
- Leverage generative AI and AI-assisted production tools to develop original video assets and visual treatments.
- Interpret creative briefs proactively, proposing innovative ideas and treatments to strengthen the final output.
- Incorporate motion graphics, typography, colour grading, and professional sound design into post-production.
- Adapt long-form content into engaging platform-specific short-form assets for digital channels.
- Collaborate with the communications team on production planning, including scripting, storyboarding, and shot listing.
- Maintain an organized asset library of project files, footage, and finished videos for efficient retrieval.
- Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for on-location shoots when required (an added advantage).
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, Creative Producer, or similar role with a mandatory professional portfolio or showreel.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI video and creative tools for asset creation.
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and sound design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to receive feedback and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Videography skills, including camera operation and lighting setup, are a strong added advantage.
