About the Role
Moniepoint is digitising Africa's real economy by building a robust financial ecosystem for businesses. We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Designer to spearhead our design system and ensure a seamless, scalable UI ecosystem across multiple platforms and products.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and maintain robust component libraries that scale seamlessly across web, Android, and iOS environments.
- Structure and manage design tokens to bridge the gap between design environments and production code.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints and ensure high accessibility standards.
- Create comprehensive usage guidelines and documentation to empower product designers and engineers alike.
- Drive cross-platform consistency and improve overall delivery speed for product shipping cycles.
- Extensive experience building and scaling production-ready design systems for cross-platform products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced auto-layout, components, variants, and variables.
- Solid understanding of component-driven frameworks, Atomic Design methodology, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with a portfolio showcasing scalable UI architecture and workflow optimization.
