About the Role

We specialize in bespoke residential and commercial new builds, renovations, and interior design solutions. We are currently looking for a creative and driven Design Intern (Architect) who is eager to kickstart their career in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. In this role, you will work closely with our expert design team, gaining invaluable practical experience in architectural documentation, space planning, and interior detailing.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the design team with the execution of ongoing residential and commercial property projects
- Support the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, client presentations, and comprehensive design documentation
- Conduct thorough research on innovative materials, furniture, finishes, and emerging global design concepts
- Help develop compelling design concepts and visual presentations for diverse clientele
- Support site visits, inspections, and other project-related fieldwork to bridge the gap between concept and execution
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are met
- Must be a recent graduate of Architecture
- Currently serving or about to start the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in Nigeria
- Demonstrated strong interest and passion for Interior Design and Interior Architecture
- Basic knowledge of core architectural and interior design principles
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design tools
- Keen eye for detail, spatial aesthetics, and overall creative problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills paired with a collaborative team spirit
- High willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and take proactive initiative on tasks
