Champions Learning Fields, a premier educational institution located in Tunga, Minna, Niger State, is recruiting a Vice Principal/Academic Coordinator to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities- Oversee academic programs and ensure curriculum implementation excellence
- Coordinate with teaching staff to maintain high educational standards
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures
- Monitor student performance and learning outcomes
- Support teacher professional development and mentoring
- Liaise between management, staff, and students
- Organize and supervise academic activities and events
- Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards
- Master's degree (MSc/PGD) or HND with minimum 1 year relevant experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree (BSc/B.Tech/NCE) with minimum 1 year relevant experience, OR
- SSCE with proven educational leadership experience
- Strong commitment to Christian values and faith-based education
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven track record in academic management
