We are currently seeking an experienced, visionary, and passionate Vice Principal to join our dedicated leadership team in Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will help maintain our high standards of academic excellence, foster holistic student development, and support our committed staff members.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative curriculum and instructional programs to promote academic excellence.
- Monitor and support teachers’ lesson planning, classroom practices, and professional development.
- Analyze student performance data to create and implement targeted improvement plans.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, discipline, and positive behavior management of all students.
- Manage school budgets, resources, facilities, and daily administrative operations efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, the school board, and external stakeholders.
- Set school-wide goals and lead strategic planning initiatives that enhance the school's reputation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related academic field.
- Valid teaching certification and school administrative credentials.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and senior school leadership roles.
- Strong competencies in visionary leadership, conflict resolution, and data-driven management.
