About the Role
Olam Agri is a market-leading, differentiated food, feed, and fiber agri-business with a robust global footprint and deep market expertise. We are currently seeking an experienced Vice President and Profit Center Head to lead our Integrated Feed and Protein business, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and sustainability across complex markets in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage comprehensive end-to-end operations including strategic planning, agricultural processing, and export execution.
- Define and execute innovative strategic plans, driving business expansion initiatives and managing large-scale capital and operational expenditure projects.
- Deliver exceptional financial performance by achieving set targets for trading volumes, gross contribution, overhead efficiency, and overall profitability.
- Drive the corporate sustainability strategy, ensuring strict compliance with global certifications and rigorous environmental standards.
- Manage vital relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government regulators, local communities, key customers, and industry leaders.
- Build, inspire, and develop high-performance multidisciplinary teams through strong leadership, mentorship, and structured career development programs.
- Master's Degree in Management, Agriculture, Forestry, or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain management, or senior business leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing a comprehensive P&L, leading large teams, and overseeing multi-location operations.
- Strong exposure to regulated, large-scale, or sustainability-driven industrial environments.
