About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Inspect vehicles thoroughly upon arrival at the workshop and prior to release.
- Complete detailed vehicle inspection checklists and ensure precise documentation.
- Verify the quality of repairs to confirm all reported faults have been fully rectified.
- Ensure all fleet vehicles strictly meet safety and roadworthiness standards before deployment.
- Identify any latent defects requiring further attention and communicate findings clearly to the workshop team.
- Maintain comprehensive inspection records, reports, and compliance documentation for internal and external audits.
- Monitor adherence to company vehicle inspection procedures and recommend corrective actions for recurring defects.
- Perform additional fleet-related duties as assigned by the Fleet Manager.
- OND, HND, or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Transport Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Vehicle Inspection or Automotive Maintenance is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, automotive maintenance, or fleet operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and modern safety standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite alongside strong written and verbal communication skills.
