We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer to manage our enterprise-grade managed services network. In this critical role, you will oversee network availability, throughput, and performance while driving actionable insights for our expanding business and esteemed client base across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operation and maintenance of a highly resilient, scalable, and optimized Managed Services Environment regardless of delivery media.
- Collaborate with bandwidth and connectivity vendors for rigorous testing, validation, installation, commissioning, and integration into client networks.
- Partner closely with the Network Operations Center (NOC) HelpDesk and Project Team to ensure rapid outage remediation and maximum service usability.
- Produce comprehensive daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly availability and performance reports in alignment with company revenue assurance functions.
- Liaise with external partners to guarantee smooth enterprise service delivery and enforce strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively evaluate network infrastructure to enhance resource utilization, redundancy, resilience, and overall speed.
- HND or BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory Professional Certification: MIKROTIK MTCRE.
- Preferred Certifications: MIKROTIK MTCINE and CISCO CCNP.
- Proven expertise in MPLS networks, VPLS, Layer 2/Layer 3 tunneling, UBNT radios, network sizing, traffic engineering, and network optimization.
