About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vehicle Assembly Supervisor to join our growing automotive division in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will oversee daily assembly operations, drive productivity, and ensure that every vehicle meets rigorous safety and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize assembly line operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Coordinate team members, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative team-building environment.
- Ensure vehicles strictly adhere to internal and international quality, safety, and process standards.
- Maintain comprehensive quality records covering inspection, testing, repair, and overall production processes.
- Oversee preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for all assembly equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in passenger vehicles.
- Enforce 5S workplace organization and strict occupational health and safety standards.
- Strong foundational knowledge in automobile assembly, mechanical systems, and vehicle inspection.
- Proven experience in diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures for passenger vehicles (both mechanical and electrical).
- Valid driving license with active driving skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications for inventory tracking and reporting.
