We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Vans Sales Representative / Driver to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will be the face of our client's brand, combining safe driving practices with aggressive sales strategies to expand market reach, nurture client relationships, and exceed revenue targets across designated routes.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate the company van to transport products to assigned customer locations and territories.
- Actively promote, market, and sell company products to both existing and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities and sales leads within the designated route to expand market share.
- Process customer orders accurately and manage product inventory movement during transit.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and inventory updates to management.
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence with a clean driving record and proven professional driving experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of field sales, customer service, and territory management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively, driving safely while remaining focused on achieving assigned sales targets.
- Familiarity with local routes and terrain within the operational area is a strong advantage.
