Join BONS Industries Limited, Nigeria's leading manufacturer and distributor of premium bakery materials, food ingredients, breakfast cereals, packaged foods, and general goods. With over three decades of industry excellence, we are expanding our sales team and seeking a dynamic Van Sales Representative to strengthen our Port Harcourt operations.
As a Van Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, delivering world-class products directly to our valued customers. You will work independently from our mobile distribution unit, managing inventory, processing sales, and building lasting business relationships that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and distribute BONS Industries products directly from the company van to retail customers and distributors
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and business partners
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within assigned territory
- Maintain accurate sales records, invoicing, and order documentation
- Ensure product quality and proper handling during distribution
- Provide excellent customer service and gather market feedback
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement)
- Proven sales experience in distribution or retail environment
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Basic numeracy and proficiency in record-keeping
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours
