We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Van Field Sales Representative to oversee van sales operations within an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities- Drive van sales operations within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure effective market coverage and strict adherence to planned daily distribution routes.
- Drive new customer acquisition and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing retail partners.
- Monitor stock levels, ensure product visibility, and facilitate efficient delivery of company products.
- Drive overall van sales team performance and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Ensure full compliance with company sales policies, pricing strategies, and reporting procedures.
- Proven ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles with a valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
- Previous working experience in van sales, route merchandising, or field sales operations within the FMCG sector in Nigeria will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
