About the Role
Abelinis Limited is a leading experiential marketing and outsourcing company committed to delivering excellence through innovative field operations, strategic manpower deployment, and result-driven sales execution within the FMCG sector. We are currently looking for a dynamic Van Delivery Representative to act as the crucial last-mile link between our warehouse and our valued retail and wholesale partners.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver products accurately and on schedule to assigned customers
- Achieve daily billing targets through active engagement with outlets on the designated route
- Maintain strict adherence to assigned routes and delivery schedules
- Collect and properly reconcile customer payments for every transaction
- Retrieve empty containers and ensure their prompt return into the distribution system
- Collaborate effectively with DMS operators, scouts, and the Van Sales Supervisor
- Minimum of an SSCE qualification
- 0 to 1 year of professional driving or delivery experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license and proven driving competence
- Physical fitness with a willingness to travel extensively within assigned routes
- Aptitude for learning and utilizing digital tools like OmniOne for order confirmation
- Strong ownership mindset, dependability, and excellent interpersonal skills
