Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers, water treatment plants (WTP), industrial generators, and associated utility equipment.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and execute proactive preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose utility equipment faults swiftly and report major mechanical issues to engineering management promptly.
- Maintain accurate utility logbooks, daily operational records, and compliance documentation.
- Execute basic stainless steel (SS) and mild steel (MS) welding and metal fabrication tasks as required.
- Adhere strictly to all corporate health, safety, and environmental standards during all operational activities.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven hands-on industrial experience, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of boiler operations, water treatment systems, and heavy-duty generators.
- Foundational welding skills covering both stainless steel (SS) and mild steel (MS) applications.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities and practical problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts to support continuous plant operations.
