Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons tailored to the upper primary curriculum.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and timely progress reports to parents.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and active participation among all learners.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to enhance school programs and extracurricular activities.
- Instill strong moral values and support the holistic character development of every student.
- Minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience at the upper primary school level within a reputable school.
- Demonstrated expertise and strong subject knowledge across core primary subjects.
