Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver interactive, learner-focused lessons in Home Economics, Food and Nutrition, and Home Management catering to varying student abilities.
- Employ modern and creative teaching approaches that foster analytical thinking, innovation, and practical life skills.
- Continuously monitor, assess, and record student performance through tests, practical assessments, assignments, and constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with academic staff, parents, and stakeholders to support the holistic academic and personal growth of every student.
- Establish and maintain a disciplined, safe, and engaging classroom environment that enhances effective teaching and learning.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or NCE in Home Economics, Home Management, Food and Nutrition, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 10 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputable educational setting.
- Possession of, or current progression toward, a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification or an education-related qualification.
- Strong classroom management skills with the proven ability to engage and motivate young learners.
