About the Role
Access Bank Plc is recruiting a dynamic and experienced professional to join our vibrant E-Business Operations team as the Unit Head, Quality Assurance & Analytics. In this strategic role, you will oversee quality assurance metrics, drive continuous process improvement, and ensure strict adherence to internal controls and risk management practices across our expanding digital operations.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure strict adherence to existing internal controls and risk management practices within the group.
- Keep the Group Head informed of all operational occurrences through robust and comprehensive Quality Assurance reports.
- Coordinate team meetings, capacity building, and training initiatives.
- Drive innovative process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy in General Ledger reconciliation checks and promptly escalate any exceptions.
- Supervise periodic spot checks and process audits across key E-business Operations functions.
- Mentor, train, and guide QA team members on process knowledge, audit expectations, and documentation standards.
- Assign and monitor review tasks based on team capacity and shifting priorities.
- Monitor adherence to regulatory and internal Service Level Agreement timelines, such as CBN SLAs for reversals.
- Support internal and external audit reviews, providing timely responses to QA-related queries.
- First degree in any discipline with a minimum of a Second-Class honors.
- A relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
- Recognized professional certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant banking or operational experience.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
