About the Role
eHealth4everyone is a leading digital health social enterprise dedicated to making the world healthier through technology-enabled optimizations. We are looking for a creative, data-driven UI/UX Designer to join our mission-driven team in Nigeria. In this role, you will help shape digital healthcare products used by individuals, providers, governments, and private sector stakeholders, ensuring health solutions are accessible to all.
Key Responsibilities- Create intuitive, seamless, and inclusive user experiences for digital health products across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and healthcare experts.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts clearly.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and drive data-informed decisions.
- Craft visually appealing user interfaces adhering to established design systems and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, technologies, and accessibility standards to continuously improve our products.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong, diverse portfolio.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and inclusive design methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to produce UX documentation including personas, sitemaps, user stories, and wireframes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for transforming complex healthcare workflows into simple interfaces.
