About the Role
Brint School is an online educational platform dedicated to creating personalized learning experiences for African children in the diaspora. Our team comprises talented educators working collaboratively to enhance each child's knowledge and proficiency in their chosen subjects. We are currently seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Tutor Success Manager (TSM) to oversee tutor performance, provide ongoing support, and ensure our rigorous teaching and operational standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor tutor attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and overall daily performance.
- Evaluate teaching quality, learner engagement, and strict compliance with Brint School educational standards.
- Conduct regular check-ins with tutors, deliver constructive feedback, and follow up on professional development areas.
- Investigate tutor-related concerns or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and proper escalation when necessary.
- Oversee learner progress reports submitted by tutors to guarantee accuracy, high quality, and timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive records and provide management with actionable performance updates to drive service excellence.
- Significant experience as a managing tutor with a strong background in K-12 education and curriculum delivery.
- Solid understanding of modern teaching methodologies, learner development, and academic evaluation practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong administrative, digital literacy, and reporting skills with keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in academic coordination, educational operations, or team supervision is a distinct advantage.
