About the Role
Motoring Nigeria Limited is a leading automotive services provider specializing in integrated vehicle imports, logistics, and sales. We are currently looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Truck Driver to join our dynamic logistics team in Lagos and ensure the secure transport of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a flatbed tow truck to safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles across various locations.
- Plan optimal routes while actively accounting for traffic, road conditions, construction, and weather delays.
- Utilize navigation applications to determine the safest, most efficient travel routes.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the tow truck is completely roadworthy.
- Report mechanical faults promptly and coordinate necessary vehicle repairs or maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mileage, trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
- Represent the company professionally during all interactions with customers, clients, and road users.
- Strictly adhere to all national road safety regulations and internal company operating procedures.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional commercial driving experience.
- Must possess a valid Class D or Class G Driver’s Licence.
- Extensive familiarity with Lagos routes, major expressways, and surrounding road networks.
- Demonstrated knowledge of advanced road safety guidelines and proper vehicle handling techniques.
