About the Role
Glisten Dental Clinic is a modern dental practice and a subsidiary of Advanced Dental Clinic, located at 6 Tamale Street, Wuse Zone 3, Abuja. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred oral healthcare by combining advanced dental technology with a welcoming environment. We are currently looking for a warm, organised, and driven Treatment Coordinator to help our patients navigate their treatment plans smoothly and make confident healthcare decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and speak with patients after consultations to explain treatment plans in simple, clear language.
- Discuss treatment costs and financial options professionally without making patients feel pressured.
- Coordinate appointments, schedule follow-ups, and manage longer patient treatment journeys.
- Follow up consistently with patients via phone and WhatsApp regarding missed appointments, recalls, and unstarted treatments.
- Work closely with dentists and the reception team to clarify clinical questions and resolve treatment delays.
- Collect patient feedback, maintain accurate follow-up records, and help create a personalised clinic experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in treatment coordination, healthcare, sales, customer service, or hospitality.
- Degree, HND, OND, or equivalent educational qualification.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening abilities.
- Confident in discussing prices, negotiating, and working towards performance targets.
- High emotional intelligence, excellent organisational skills, and a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in a dental or clinical healthcare setting will be a distinct advantage.
