About the Role
Trovest Capital Partners is a leading homegrown financial solutions provider dedicated to empowering Nigerians with innovative financial products and wealth management services. We are currently looking for a results-driven Treasury Retail professional to join our dynamic Asset Management Strategic Business Unit and help expand our retail and institutional footprint across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Drive aggressive deposit mobilization for retail and i-Trove platforms to grow the firm's Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Formulate and execute strategic plans for retail, institutional, and public sector business segments to secure profitable relationships.
- Identify high-growth sales opportunities across diverse financial sectors including insurance companies, PFAs, and investment houses.
- Develop and manage customized investment portfolios and discretionary funds for a broad client base.
- Market a comprehensive suite of financial products, including structured deposits, treasury solutions, and brokerage services.
- Analyze complex financial statements to evaluate the viability of various investment proposals.
- Provide expert investment advisory services and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with new and prospective clients.
- Prepare accurate budget reports and monthly performance reviews for the team and executive management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in treasury sales, retail liability generation, or wealth management within the Nigerian financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian capital market, macroeconomic environment, and regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
