About the Role
JV Management Consulting is a leading indigenous Human Resource Management consulting firm dedicated to supporting organizational growth and sustainability strategies. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Treasury Officer with a proven track record in fund mobilisation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving deposit mobilisation initiatives, managing key treasury relationships, optimizing liquidity, and actively contributing to our overall funding strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Drive deposit and investment fund mobilisation from individuals, corporate organizations, and institutional clients.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain high-value deposit customers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporate clients, and investment partners.
- Monitor liquidity positions closely and ensure adequate funding for daily business operations.
- Support core treasury operations, cash flow management, and strategic investment activities.
- Identify new business opportunities for treasury products and value-added services.
- Prepare comprehensive treasury reports, financial forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal treasury policies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with business development and relationship management teams to achieve funding targets.
- Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Treasury, Fund Mobilisation, Deposit Mobilisation, or Relationship Management within a financial institution.
- Demonstrable success in mobilising substantial deposits and investment funds.
- Strong existing network of corporate clients, HNIs, and institutional investors will be a significant advantage.
- Excellent understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial markets.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Professional certifications such as CIBN, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or CIS will be an added advantage.
