About the Role
Top Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Treasury Officer to manage daily treasury operations, cash flow, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and liquidity monitoring. In this vital role, you will help optimize our financial health and support our strategic growth objectives across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily cash flow, liquidity levels, and overall cash positions to ensure optimal operational funding.
- Coordinate timely payment runs, including vendor disbursements, payroll processing, statutory tax remittances, and staff advances.
- Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts, comprehensive bank reconciliations, and routine treasury reports for management review.
- Maintain meticulous treasury records while ensuring strict compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
- Manage proactive banking relationships and actively support funding and investment activities.
- Facilitate smooth internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in treasury operations, cash management, and complex bank reconciliations.
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning and accounting systems like Odoo, Sage, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high integrity and attention to detail.
